Posting to nowhere

I don't blame anyone for not reading this because I did forget it was here. I had another post where I was starting the remodel of our old bathroom. Man, that seems like centuries ago. I posted some before (ish) pictures and then I was going to come back with the final product. It was really pretty, too. But I have no idea where that post went, and we've long since finished that remodel and sold the house. We're working on month #5 in the new place and have all sorts of new remodeling to work on. Last week we had a tree trimmed and cut down, and now I need to hit the landscaping pretty hard. But first I just had to get the living room painted. It was this bizarre beige/brown/peach undertones kind of color. You know how when someone is wearing cheap makeup and their face is kind of orange at the end of the day? It was that color. I have no idea what they used, but we've been referring to it as Cover Girl Cheerleader. Anyway, now it is Agreeable Gray. Something that is cooler and modern, but cozy at the same time. It will reallyl showcase the art we have up as well as the bold color we like to use in decorating. Tomorrow I will do a second coat, although I have to say it might not be completely necessary. I splurged on the Sherwin Williams paint and they mean it when they say, "One and done." But there are a few spots here and there where I wasn't too pleased with my roller.
So anyway, my title. Posting to nowhere. It has been so long since I posted that when I was looking at my settings and saw the place for a reading list, I thought, "Sweet. Do I link to Goodreads?" Haha.

I have come up with an idea for another blog I want to start, for real. One I pay attention to as much as my OG journal although it won't be anonymous and I will try to abstain from politics. Is it better to do a format other than Blogger, or do I just need to let people know it's out there for reading?

I will have to think about it and hopefully get back to it sooner than I did this one.
